SRR Employees Continue Working Safe; United Way Rewarded

Savannah River Remediation (SRR) employees continued working safely during September and have selected Allendale County United Way as the recipient of a $500 check. Accepting the check is Eddie Williams, President of the Allendale County United Way. Presenting on behalf of SRR employees were Regina Matthews (left) and Sherry Smith. Each month that SRR employees work without a lost workday injury, SRR donates $500 to a charity of choice by employees. This is the second $500 check presented since the Zero Injuries campaign started in August. The first recipient was the United Way of Aiken County.
